She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC and maintains a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation through ICF and has a bachelors and masters in literature. Prior to executive coaching, Alex was a COO in the software industry.

Outside of Coaching
Alex is an endurance athlete who enjoys trying new sports, being outdoors, and eating ice cream.  

Scope:

Duration: 6 months

In-person Alignment Meeting with the executive leader (client), direct manager, and HR to clarify roles, expectations, and to agree on development opportunities.

Intake: In-person session the executive leader (client) to create target outcomes for coaching.

(optional) Assessment and Debrief: EQi-2.0 and 360 feedback. (EQ-i 2.0 measures the interaction between a person and their environment. Assessing and evaluating a person’s emotional intelligence can help target development and coaching focus. This, in turn, leads to increases in manager and employee performance, interaction with others and leadership potential. The 360 Multi-Rater assessment combines the client’s own perceptions of their EQ with the perceptions of others.)

Coaching: Semi-monthly coaching sessions, one hour in duration, conducted via phone or video conference, as agreed to by the coach and the leader. Additional support will be provided via phone or email as needed.

Mid-Point Check-In via phone with the direct manager, and HR to discuss progress and considerations.

Post-Engagement Development Plan: The creation of a development plan will be derived from activities generated in the coaching sessions and will align with agreed upon objectives.

Debrief & Transition Meeting with the executive leader (client), direct manager, and HR to review measures of success, and discuss strategies for sustaining the learning. Followed by a final session with the executive leader (client) to review the engagement and identify strategies to sustain the learning.
